Brother Shaun Carter was initiated into the Zeta Mu Chapter of Mu Phi Sigma National Percussion Fraternity, Inc. on November 24, 2014, in Memphis, TN. Subsequently, he chartered the Alpha Xi Mu Chapter in Nashville, TN, on May 26, 2019, and has since successfully inducted numerous brothers and sisters into the fraternity.

Brother Shaun Carter was initiated into the Zeta Mu Chapter of Mu Phi Sigma National Percussion Fraternity, Inc. on November 24, 2014, in Memphis, TN. Subsequently, he chartered the Alpha Xi Mu Chapter in Nashville, TN, on May 26, 2019, and has since successfully inducted numerous brothers and sisters into the fraternity.
Brother Carter has previously served as the percussion instructor at Hamilton High School for a duration of two years and at Craigmont High School for five years, both institutions located in Memphis, TN. He possesses over 35 years of extensive experience in percussion and keyboard performance.

Brother Richard Colvin was initiated into the Iota Mu chapter of Mu Phi Sigma National PercussionFraternity, Inc. on July 26, 2014 in Fayetteville, NC. He was instrumental to the build up of the SE Region. He has brought in various brothers and fraternal sisters since his inception. He is still serving the region and being an enforcer to the Regional Director.

Fraternal Sister Jazmin Gainey was initiated into the Nu Mu Chapter of Mu Phi Sigma National Percussion Fraternity, Inc. on January 18, 2020, in Raleigh, NC. After serving in this capacity for several years, she relocated to Charlotte, NC, where she assumed the role of Chapter Secretary. She currently holds the esteemed position of Regio

In addition to her contributions to Mu Phi Sigma, Sister Gainey is a member of D.O.A. at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), where she further mastered her craft as a cymbal player. Furthermore, she has honorably served our country as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve, for which we extend our heartfelt gratitude.
